Description of Sapadere Canyon Tour from Side
Leaving your hotel in Side at approximately 9:00 AM, your journey in an air-conditioned vehicle takes you through Alanya and then climbs into the Taurus Mountains to reach the location of Sapadere Canyon. A walk through the canyon allows you to enjoy the splendid views and serene sounds of pristine nature. This leads you to the Nature Pool and Sapadere Falls, where you have the opportunity to swim, capture the scenery through photography, or simply relax in the tranquil environment of the falls.
Sapadere Canyon is one of Side’s treasures. The gorge is located in the exceptional nature of the Taurus Mountains. You hike along the mountain face on a half a mile long manicured boardwalk that ends with a beautiful waterfall. The air in the canyon feels comfortable due to the 10 degree ice cold melt water and the thundering waterfall from the mountain top. If you dare, try a refreshing dip in the crystal clear water. A trip to the Sapadere definitely worth it!

We did this trip from Side, Turkey to visit the gorge. The whole ride was amazing, the gorge and falls are beautiful. Fresh air, cold water and breathtaking landscapes. Just great fun! Made us vey happy
Beautiful 800 meter long gorge with beautiful bridges as a walk and absolutely stunning views. Better in summer as you can dip in one of the few natural water pools.
Went to Sapadere Canyon with the family, and what can I say – best trip ever! The kids were absolutely thrilled with the waterfalls, and even grandma and grandpa walked through the gorge like young adventurers. The whole organization was perfect, not too crowded, not too empty, just right. Honestly, you don’t get an experience like this every day.
The tour was very entertaining and fun. I did the tour with my sister and my friend, and I definitely want to do it again next year with my kids. The day was filled with activities and never boring.
It’s just amazing to see what nature can create. You can swim in several spots, some of them up to 7.40 meters deep, yet you can still see the bottom. The water is very cold but refreshing. A great experience for the whole family.
