Your transportation from your lodging in Side will be arranged at the predetermined time, taking you on an approximately one-hour journey to Alanya. This route offers the chance to view picturesque landscapes. The launch site for paragliding is located atop Cleopatra’s Hill, 700 meters above sea level.
Ensuring your safety is our top priority for this activity. Experienced paragliding professionals will conduct a detailed orientation on paragliding fundamentals. During this session, the instructors will cover safety measures and explain the basics of paragliding. They will also equip you with the necessary safety gear. Once your equipment is securely attached to the instructor’s harness, you’re ready to take off. As you approach the end of the slope, you’ll need to run briefly with the instructor before taking to the skies. This moment will quickly transition to a feeling of absolute freedom once you are airborne.
Paragliding offers a unique blend of serenity and thrill. The flight duration is typically around 20 minutes, though this can vary based on meteorological conditions and wind patterns. From above, you’ll have the opportunity to witness the stunning vistas of Cleopatra’s beach, with the peaceful flight and magnificent landscape views making for an extraordinary experience.
Upon landing on the beach, the pilot ensures a gentle and pleasant touchdown. Afterward, you have the option to view photos and videos captured during your flight. These can be purchased for an additional fee if you wish to keep them as mementos.
